The Jefferies Umbrella Fund, an investment company with variable capital (SICAV) under Luxembourg law, was launched in September 2000.

The modular fund concept, with Global Convertible Bonds as the core fund plus the geographically segmented sub-funds Europe Convertible Bonds and Japan-Asia Convertible Bonds, is equally suitable for both institutional and private investors and combines a range of benefits under one roof. The Asset Management division of Jefferies (Switzerland) Ltd. plays a key role as the fund's Investment Manager. The fund is licensed for sale in Switzerland, Germany, Luxembourg, Liechtenstein, Austria and Italy.
